If the password reset is failing and the login is unsuccessful each time, what should you do?
As we unfortunately do not have direct access to your portal, we recommend reaching out to Exocad directly through the my.exocad contact form, especially if you are experiencing issues with your my.exocad account.
Exocad will handle the password reset for your user account. Please use the username along with the temporary password to log in via the web browser at my.exocad.com.
Click on the one-time link to retrieve the temporary password. Please keep it secure, noting that this link will expire in two days.
After logging in, change your password via 'User Profile' > 'Change Password.'
Important:
You will need the temporary password again to choose a new password, as mentioned above.
In the my.exocad password guidelines:
- The password must be at least eight characters long, contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, at least one digit, and one of the following special characters: !'@$#~&-
- It is mandatory to use a password that differs from your previous passwords.
The automatic Exocad logout and login process is a security measure. This process repeats at intervals of 6-7 days and is intentional.
