If the error message "No connected 3D scanner found" appears when you start the scan software, first check whether the scanner has been connected correctly and the unit is switched on.

If no connection is established to the device, switch the device off and disconnect it from the mains for at least 30 seconds by pulling out the mains plug.


If you are still unable to connect to the Eagle Eye after this procedure, even though the unit is turned on and the "STEP" button is lit blue, please contact support.
